Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, etc.) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted, unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item. We ship via USPS. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
